五 | 今后，农村教育必须发生巨大变化。我们需要向中国交付600万条栩栩如生的龙，它们有着明显的个性、良好的举止和成为自己人民的能力。他们无法想象，在他们的有生之年，他们能为国家、社会、家庭和农村做不同的事情。他把近年来农村教育的发展比作“营养不良”。如果未来有5600万教育质量差的农村儿童进城，20年后中国会发生什么？我特别希望中国的农村校长能更强大，因为你们肩负着一个地区所有教育水平的重任。一个社会的进步不取决于精英的数量，而取决于下层阶级的素质。
六 | 中国的农村教育将是强大的，国家教育将是强大的，农村地区将有可能振兴。2014年12月，“浙江马云公益基金会”正式成立。
